I’ve lived many places in my life. I spent a large part of my childhood in Recife, Brazil and then Washington state. I went to college in California where I met my wife, and eventually moved to Ohio where we raised our 4 children and worked in the family business.

Sixteen years ago we made the move to Brentwood, TN and we fell in love with the area. I stayed in the same industry for many years, but 5 years ago joined the real estate world! My family would say that I’ve never met a stranger and I really never feel like I do! I have a genuine interest in serving others and most importantly I can’t wait to serve you.

Representing you in one of your biggest investments is one of my highest honors.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma at age 12. I attended Jenks High School and Oklahoma State University

My wife Christi and I met and began dating at age 17 and we have now been together for 42 years.

We have two sons, Austin and Shane Polivka, Christi and I also have 6 grandchildren with the 7th due to be born in June of 2021.

I am an avid outdoorsman. I love to spend time with my family, grandkids and new Lab puppy on our boat at Tims Ford Lake, I enjoy archery, hunting and fishing, jogging and weight lifting. I enjoy gardening and reading.

My wife, Christi, and I have a genuine passion for real estate services and investment. Total customer satisfaction is our primary objective. We’ve focused our real estate passion on delivering an unparalleled and stress free customer buying/selling experience.

We have over 20 years of expertise with all types of middle Tennessee residential real estate. We also offer “Water Taxi” services on Tims Ford Lake so that our customers can experience the lake homes from the water, and, get a feel for all the amenities available on the lake.

After spending 20 years raising my children and moving around to several different cities with my husband’s career, I went to real estate school and received my real estate license in Houston, TX in 2005.

In 2010, my husband’s company brought us back to the Nashville area for the second time. In 2015, I went to work for Progress Residential as a real estate agent working to fill rental properties with qualified tenants. This job allowed me to travel all over the greater Nashville area and get familiar with all areas of this wonderful city!

Helping people find housing is so rewarding. My focus has changed back to buying and selling but my heart is still to help clients with all their housing needs. My husband, Dan Polivka joined me a couple years ago and along with our partner, David Leaman, we formed the Leaman- Polivka Group.

This has absolutely been the most rewarding time in my career. We get calls every week to help people from all walks of life with their real estate needs.
